XChange 成立以來，舉辦過多場海內外各行業工作者的線上線下講座，分享職場與個人成長，以優質的知識型內容，凝聚網路圈的產業跨界力、海內外跨境力以及社會影響力。於2022年成立 XCampus，將延續 XChange 分享與共好的精神，精煉來自各領域前輩的經驗與知識，期待陪伴職場工作者在職涯的道路上走得更加順遂。
